Robert Walter Tixier (75) passed away on April 20th, 2019. A long time Rio Linda resident, he is survived by his significant other, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He will always be loved and never forgotten. His family and community will miss him dearly.

Rest in Peace 7-6-43 to 4-20-19.
