A Community Workshop will be held on Tuesday October 15, 2013 to discuss the proposed downtown Rio Linda Special Planning Area (SPA) ordinance.
This ordinance implements the Downtown Business District Plan originally presented in 2011.
The workshop will provide follow-up information on the items discussed at the March 27, 2013 community meeting and a revised Special Planning Area document will be presented.
Next steps for adoption of the plan will also be discussed.
The workshop will be held at the RLE Community Center, located at 810 Oak Lane in Rio Linda from 6:30-9:30p.m.
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting and give input on the plan.
