This Week in Rio Linda High School Sports: Thanksgiving Break Edition (Nov 25 – Nov 30)

Get ready for a week packed with Rio Linda Knights action during Thanksgiving Break! Here’s a rundown of all the exciting games and events you won’t want to miss:

Monday, Nov 25th

  • Boys Soccer: Let’s cheer on our Knights as they take on Woodcreek at home! JV game starts at 5:00 PM, Varsity follows at 7:00 PM.

Tuesday, Nov 26th

  • Doubleheader at Home: Support both our Girls Basketball and Boys Basketball teams!
    • Girls Basketball faces River Valley – JV at 1:30 PM, Varsity at 3:00 PM.
    • Boys Basketball takes on Yuba City after the girls’ games – Freshmen at 4:30 PM, JV at 6:00 PM, Varsity at 7:30 PM.
  • More Basketball & Soccer Action:
    • Girls Soccer plays Amador at home – JV at 4:30 PM, Varsity at 6:30 PM.
    • Don’t forget the Girls Soccer Freshman game at Ripon at 11:00 AM.
  • Hit the Mat: Our Wrestling team travels to Rio Americano for a match at 6:00 PM.

Friday, Nov 29th

  • Soccer Showdown: The JV Cross Town Classic comes to Rio Linda! Stay tuned for a day full of exciting soccer matches.
  • Home Court Advantage: Boys Basketball returns home to face West Park – Freshmen at 4:30 PM, JV at 6:00 PM, Varsity at 7:30 PM.

Saturday, Nov 30th

  • More Soccer & Wrestling: Don’t miss the final day of the JV Cross Town Classic at Rio Linda!
  • Knightmare Tournament: Our Wrestling team hosts the Knightmare JV Tournament starting at 7:00 AM.
