North Highlands Woman Busted with 2,500 Pounds of Pot in Siskiyou County

SISKIYOU COUNTY, Cal. – A North Highlands woman is in deep trouble after Siskiyou County deputies allegedly found a massive amount of illegal marijuana in her vehicle. Felicia Maria Aviles, 49, was arrested last Thursday, facing multiple drug-related charges after deputies seized an estimated 2,500 pounds of pot.

Authorities stated that Aviles had no legal documentation to transport the marijuana. She’s been booked into the Siskiyou County Jail and is facing charges related to the possession and transportation of marijuana for sale.
