You can get answers and personal assistance all in one place at the 3rd Annual Connecting Our Communities Resource Expo this Thursday in Sacramento. Hosted by SMUD, the event brings together more than 30 local organizations to help you access essential services and resources.
What to Expect
SMUD experts and representatives from various community organizations will be on hand to discuss a wide range of topics, including:
- Financial and utility assistance: Learn about SMUD’s Energy Assistance Program, Energy Saver Bundles, and other resources to help you save money on your energy bill.
- Housing and home repairs: Find out about affordable housing options, home repair programs, and weatherization assistance.
- Health and wellness: Get information on healthcare, counseling services, and veteran support.
- Employment and education: Discover job information, education programs, and access to library services.
- Family services: Learn about childcare, food resources, and family-friendly activities.
The event will also feature STEM activities and a reading station for kids.
