Get ready for a busy week, Rio Linda! The Knights are taking over the home field and courts with a jam-packed schedule of games from September 29th through October 3rd. With everything from flag football to water polo, there’s no shortage of action to check out.


On the Schedule

Monday, September 29th

  • Water Polo hits the pool at home against Dixon, with the boys’ game at 4 p.m. and the girls’ game at 5 p.m.
  • Girls’ Golf hosts Woodland Christian at Haggin Oaks for a 3 p.m. tee time.
  • Flag Football is on the road at Woodland High, with the JV squad kicking things off at 5 p.m. and varsity following at 6 p.m.

Tuesday, September 30th

  • Girls’ Volleyball takes on El Camino at home. The action starts with the freshmen at 4:30 p.m., followed by JV at 5:30 p.m., and varsity at 6:30 p.m. Students who wear their Rio Linda gear and check in on Minga get free entry!

Wednesday, October 1st

  • Water Polo is back in the home pool to face Casa Roble. The boys’ game is at 4 p.m. and the girls’ at 5 p.m. Students wearing Rio Linda gear and checking in on Minga get free entry.

Thursday, October 2nd

  • Girls’ Golf plays at home against El Camino at Haggin Oaks at 3 p.m.
  • Girls’ Volleyball hosts Sutter, with the freshmen team starting at 4:30 p.m., JV at 5:30 p.m., and varsity at 6:30 p.m.
  • It’s a double-header for Flag Football! The JV team plays Casa Roble at 5 p.m., and the varsity team takes on Mira Loma at 6 p.m. Students can get in free to the flag football games by wearing their gear and checking in on Minga.

Friday, October 3rd

  • Flag Football will be on the home field against Casa Roble at 4 p.m.
  • It’s game time for Knights Football! The JV team kicks off at 5:30 p.m., with the Varsity team taking the field at 7:30 p.m. to face off against Casa Roble.
