- Last Seen Wearing: A dark gray hoodie, light blue ripped jeans, and black New Balance shoes.
Citlali was last observed leaving the Rio Linda area in a dark-colored SUV, potentially an older-model Ford Explorer. Due to the circumstances of her departure, she has been deemed at risk with concerns of kidnapping and other potential crimes.

Citlali was reportedly seen with 17-year-old Jesse Carranza, who is considered a suspect in this incident. Due to the exigency and violent nature of this situation, the juvenile suspect’s photo is being shared for public safety.
