Fremont Police Department officers responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle call on Pico Road near Vargas Road on Sunday at 2:20 p.m.
The reporting party said a man was sitting in a black Mini Cooper with his pants down and his rear end hanging out the window, police said. He later said the man was lying down in the back with his feet hanging out of the window.
Officers found Alan Lee, 42, of Rio Linda, Calif., in the back seat of the vehicle without pants on, according to police. Lee was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and booked into Dublin’s Santa Rita Jail.
