In a post made this afternoon on Craigslist, the owners of Granite’s burger shop have put the business up for sale.
In the post, it’s noted that the restaurant does an average $57,000 to $60,000 gross revenue per month.
In February of this year, the 650 sq ft restaurant was completely redone in and out, including the parking lot.
The current rent is $3,900 per month, and the asking price is $165,000.
