In Friday’s non-league game, the Rio Linda Knights football team got by the host Antelope Titans by a score of 38-31.
The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their game against the Foothill Mustangs. The Mustangs come into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Foothill got by Amador 27-24 in a non-league game.
The Titans now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Enterprise for a non-league game on Friday, September 17. Antelope will battle a Hornets team coming off a 28-21 non-league loss to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 1-1.
