The Rio Linda Knights are gearing up for a busy week of competition with multiple teams in action both at home and on the road. Don’t miss your chance to catch the Knights as they take on some tough opponents.


Home Games

Monday, September 22

  • Flag Football will be on their home turf to face Dixon. The JV game kicks off at 5 p.m., followed by Varsity at 6 p.m.

Tuesday, September 23

  • Girls Volleyball returns to the court to battle Dixon. The Frosh team starts things off at 4:30 p.m., with JV at 5:30 p.m. and Varsity at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 24

  • Flag Football is back in action with a Varsity-only game against Natomas at 6 p.m.

Away Games

Monday, September 22

  • Girls Golf is on the road all day for the GEL Tournament.
  • Water Polo travels to face Kimball, with the boys’ game at 4 p.m. and the girls’ game at 5 p.m.

Wednesday, September 24

  • Water Polo heads out again for a match against El Camino at 4 p.m. (boys) and 5 p.m. (girls).
  • Cross Country will be competing at the Dixon GEL Meet #1 at 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, September 25

  • Girls Volleyball will take on Mesa Verde at Destiny Christian at 5:30 p.m. (Frosh) and 6:30 p.m. (Varsity).
  • Girls Golf will play at Woodland’s Wild Wings Golf Club with a tee time of 4 p.m.
  • Water Polo wraps up their week on the road at Pioneer, with games at 5 p.m. (boys) and 6 p.m. (girls).

Saturday, September 27

  • Cross Country will compete in the Foothill Invitation at 8:15 a.m.
