Rio Linda, CA – The Rio Linda High School community is buzzing with excitement as our Lady Knights basketball team continues their impressive playoff run! After a thrilling upset victory over Placer last week, our #5 seeded Lady Knights are now headed to Colfax to face the #1 seeded Falcons on Tuesday, February 25th at 7:00 PM.
This crucial game will determine if our Lady Knights advance to the CIF-SJS Division 3 Championship game at the Golden 1 Center on Friday, February 28th at 2:00 PM! A win against Colfax will set up a championship showdown against the winner of the Ponderosa vs. East Union game.
Regardless of Tuesday’s outcome, our Lady Knights have already secured a spot in the CIF-NorCal playoffs, which will take place on Tuesday, March 4th at 7:00 PM at a location to be determined.
