Looks like the work is underway with Sacramento County to convert this 3.5-acre vacant lot at 5919 Dry Creek Road to an apartment complex. This project will consist of 78 total units, 20 one-bedroom units, and 58 two-bedroom units.
SacDOT says the project will create more than 237 “trips” on associated roads.
This project is in pre-planning.
