Obituary: Elbert Joseph Brown

Long-time resident of Rio Linda Elbert Joseph Brown was born November 24, 1936, to Lee Elbert Brown and Violet Zephra Brown in Los Angeles California. He passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years Normalee, his father, mother, brothers Jack, and Lee, sister Delores, and a son-in-law (Ron). He leaves behind one brother Dwayne, and children, Debi (Kerry), Janet, Jane (Mike), Anthony, John, and Tomas (Stephanie). He also leaves behind 25 Grandchildren, forty-three great-grandchildren, and a plethora of nieces and nephews. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he served in many callings. He worked for PG and E for many years till he retired.
