On Monday, July 1st, between 7 PM and 7:30 PM, a 96-year-old Rio Linda resident was robbed of his safe. The suspects, described as two larger Hispanic males, who arrived in a white SUV, used a distraction about an older truck on the property to gain access.
The victim, a long-time resident, discovered the theft around 9 PM. A report has been filed with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
