Rio Linda homicide suspect charged as an adult

According to the Sacramento Bee, 16-year-old Jacob Wilcoxen who is accused of killing Rio Linda’s Bill Stidman in his home on Father’s Day, has been charged as an adult.

Wilcoxen was arraigned last week on a charge of murder and is scheduled to appear in court July 3.

Bill Stidman is survived by his loving wife, Jean, his four children Joseph, Brian, Paricia, and Zachary, his stepson Phillip, and five grandchildren.

The family has asked that  remembrances should be made via donation to the Wounded Warrior Project in memory of Bill Stidman.
