The current RLECWD General Manager, Ms. Mary Henrici, will retire in June and the Board has selected Mr. Ralph Felix as a replacement.
For the past 5 years, Ms. Henrici has directed the District through some very difficult times. Under her leadership, the district’s financial status, regulatory status and standing within the Sacramento area water community has significantly improved.
The incoming General Manager, Mr. Ralph Felix, comes to us from Southern California where he has had previous experience as a General Manager of a Water District.
