Charge into action with another exciting week of Rio Linda Athletics! Here’s the rundown for all the Knights’ action:
Monday, Sept 30:
- Flag Football: Hometown clash vs. Woodland! Varsity takes the field at 6 PM.
- Water Polo: Knights dive in at Dixon’s Granucci Pool. Girls Varsity at 4 PM, Boys Varsity at 5 PM.
Tuesday, Oct 1:
- Girls Volleyball: Serving up a win at El Camino! Freshmen at 4:30 PM, JV at 5:30 PM, Varsity spikes it at 6:30 PM.
- Girls Golf: Tee off time! Knights face off against Woodland Christian at Yolo Fliers Club at 3 PM.
Wednesday, Oct 2:
- Flag Football: Casa Roble comes to town! JV kicks off at 5 PM, Varsity follows at 6 PM.
- Water Polo: Knights take on Casa Roble on their home turf. Boys Varsity at 4 PM, Girls Varsity at 5 PM.
Thursday, Oct 3:
- Freshmen Football: Knights travel to Casa Roble for a 6 PM kick-off.
- Girls Volleyball: Another road trip to Sutter! Freshmen at 4:30 PM, JV at 5:30 PM, Varsity bumps, sets, and spikes at 6:30 PM.
- Girls Golf: Knights swing into action at Ancil Hoofman against El Camino. Tee off at 3:30 PM.
Friday, Oct 4:
- Football: Knights take the gridiron at Casa Roble. JV starts at 5 PM, Varsity takes the field at 7 PM.

Saturday, Oct 5:
- Water Polo Jamboree: Cheer on the Knights as they host an all-day tournament!
- Cross Country: Knights race in the Tom Laythe Invitational in Folsom.
