Unlike print media, the Internet is forever. Because of that, and because we are a community of only about 15,000 members, we are sensitive about publishing full, proper names in association with crime reports.
In situations where a name has been published, we will remove the name from that published content if the person is able to show and prove that the charges have been expunged or a sealing of the case was granted.
