Panhandle has First Proposal for 177 Homes

According to the Sacramento Business Journal, the first plan for new homes in the panhandle has been submitted to the City of Sacramento.

The president of Holloway Land Co., Brian Holloway, said that other plans could be filed in the coming months.

Citing the need for infrastructure work and approvals, Holloway said the first homes probably won’t start construction until 2021 or 2022.

The plan for the Panhandle is for about 1,600 single-family homes with parks and three planned Twin Rivers school sites. 189 acres on the Elkhorn Blvd. side of the property remain unplanned.
